UK Shipping & Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked services with full tracking provided.

International Shipping
Lucid ships internationally where available at checkout. Destination options, service levels, and product eligibility are confirmed during checkout based on the delivery country and current restrictions.

Dispatch Cut-Off
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are typically dispatched the same business day, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Temperature Stability
Lyophilised products are stable at ambient temperature during standard transit. Packaging is designed to preserve compound integrity during routine tracked delivery timelines.

International delivery depends on destination serviceability, customs processing, and local import rules. Lucid provides dispatch information where appropriate, but cannot guarantee clearance through customs.

Import Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that research compounds can legally be imported, received, and possessed in their destination country. Lucid does not provide legal advice.
Customs Clearance
Lucid will make reasonable attempts to support clearance with appropriate dispatch and customs information. Customs delays, inspections, refusals, seizures, and import restrictions remain outside Lucid's control.
One-Reship Policy
If an international parcel is seized, refused, or lost due to customs or import issues, Lucid will attempt one reship where reasonable and where the destination remains serviceable. Further reships are not guaranteed.
Duties & Fees
Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges are not included unless explicitly shown at checkout and remain the customer's responsibility.
Restricted Products
Some product formats or add-ons may be restricted outside the UK, including selected solvents and cartridge-format products where applicable. Checkout will show current eligibility.
Delivery Issues & Transit Responsibility
If a UK parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, Lucid Peptides will investigate and may issue a replacement or refund once the carrier investigation concludes. International customs and import events follow the one-reship policy above.
If tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are accurate at the time of order. Lucid Peptides is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
Where an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection, re-shipping fees may apply.
Shipment Refusal & Compliance
