UK Shipping & Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked services with full tracking provided.

Delivery Area
Shipping is available to UK addresses only (Great Britain and Northern Ireland). We do not ship internationally, and orders cannot be placed for delivery outside the United Kingdom. Checkout will not accept a non-UK delivery address.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are typically dispatched the same business day, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Lyophilised products are stable at ambient temperature during standard transit. Packaging is designed to preserve compound integrity during routine tracked delivery timelines.
Delivery Issues & Transit Responsibility
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, Lucid Peptides will investigate and may issue a replacement or refund once the carrier investigation concludes.
If tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are accurate at the time of order. Lucid Peptides is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
Where an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection, re-shipping fees may apply.
